I was born and raised in London, England. I attended medical school in Southampton, England in 1992 and completed a family medicine residency in England before moving to California in 2002. I completed my medical licensing exams and graduated from Internal Medicine Residency in 2009, at our local Loma Linda University Medical Center.

Elaine is our is one of our top injectors who joined us in 2021. She is a board-certified Physician Assistant who received her undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona.
